All of us have the hope of staying mindful and grounded throughout each workday. But this can be a challenge – especially in the current moment, when so much competes for our attention.

Carving out just a little midday time for mindfulness practice is a powerful way to invest in your own sense of ongoing peace and presence. Each weekday at 12pm ET, you’re warmly invited join a small, friendly community for a midday break designed to leave all of us more connected and mindful for our afternoons.

All are welcome, and no meditation experience is necessary. These sessions are freely offered (though the Center does accept donations).
